Rafael Antonio Reyes

Rafael Antonio Reyes is an experienced professional in information technology and institutional management, currently serving as the Head of the Information Technology Unit at the Ministerio de Agricultura in Chile since July 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure and aligning systems with ministerial objectives. Additionally, Rafael holds a position on the Board of Directors at Incubadora Chrysalis, contributing to innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives in the country. Previous roles include co-founding Ferre Ltda and serving as a member of the Digital Development Table for the Government of Chile. Rafael has also held positions in management and analytics at companies such as CGE Distribución S.A. and Emel S.A., with significant contributions to process optimization and budget control. Rafael holds an MBA from ESE Business School and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering from Universidad Central and Universidad Mayor, respectively.
