Juan Gala Serra

Juan Gala Serra has extensive experience in diplomacy and international relations, currently serving as Consejero at the Embassy of Spain in Buenos Aires since July 2020. Previous roles include Director of the International Officials Unit, advisor in the Technical Cabinet of the Subsecretary, and Head of the General Inspection Services Area. From February 2010 to August 2019, Juan held key positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Deputy Director General of Personnel and Consul General in Bata. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Translation and Interpretation from Universitat Jaume I, multiple master's degrees in areas such as Security and Defense Policy, and specialized training at the Diplomatic School of Spain. Juan also has practical experience in various academic and cultural roles, enhancing expertise in international diplomacy.
