Hugo Zumaeta

Hugo Zumaeta is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as the Software Architect and Coordinator of the Fábrica de Software (FDS) at the Ministerio de Educación del Perú since September 2013. Prior to this role, Hugo Zumaeta held positions as the Head of the Information Systems Unit at the Ministerio de Energía y Minas and Chief of Projects at BDO Perú. With a background in software development dating back to 1996, including a role as a systems analyst at Latin Consult, Hugo Zumaeta possesses a comprehensive understanding of information systems. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Engineering and Systems from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego and a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
