Lucero Luciano de la Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in renewable energy analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Renewable Energy Analyst at the Ministerio de Energía y Minas since July 2019, Lucero is engaged in preparing reports and proposing regulatory plans for the promotion of Renewable Power Plants. Previous roles include a University Professor at the National University of San Marcos and a Quality Supervisor at TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP overseeing quality assurance for the Intipampa Solar Power Plant project. Lucero has held various positions in energy efficiency and project management with organizations such as ENGIE, Politecnico di Milano, AENOR, Precor, and Enel. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Energy Management and a Master's in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
