Eddy Frank Vásquez Sánchez

Eddy Frank Vásquez Sánchez currently serves as the Country Manager for the Dominican Republic at Parley for the Oceans since September 2018, alongside roles as AOSIS' Adaptation Co-coordinator for UNFCCC and Climate Change Advisor at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Dominican Republic. With a background in climate change negotiations, Eddy also has experience in academia as a faculty member at Universidad Central del Este and previously held positions as a Technical Assistant at the Ministry of Environment and a Technical Consultant at CEDAF. Eddy holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, as well as a diploma in Negotiation and Climate Diplomacy.
