Farid Misle

Farid Misle is the Seremi de Minería for the Región del Libertador Bernardo Ohiggins at the Ministerio de Minería since April 2021, focusing on supporting small miners in the region. Prior to this role, Farid served as Gerente Comercial at Soc. Com. Steroc Limitada, where responsibilities included business analysis and sales of drilling products for mining applications. Earlier experience includes positions as a sales representative for Rock Drill Limitada, specializing in drilling products and mining services, and at Megamin SA and Boart Longyear, where Farid managed sales of percussive products across multiple countries. Farid holds an Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
