Pablo Hernandez

Pablo Hernandez has extensive experience in the field of public works and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor in the Division of Studies and Financial Analysis at the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones since January 2015. Responsibilities include supporting the review of economic-financial evaluations of contract modifications for ongoing infrastructure projects, analyzing business models for concession projects, developing standard procedures for economic-financial assessments, and preparing tender bases. Prior to this role, Pablo served as Project Manager and Project Engineer at MOP-Concesiones from October 2007 to December 2014, focusing on creating tender bases for public works concessions, particularly in health facilities. Pablo's career in financial advisory began as a Financial Advisor at the Unidad de Concesiones Gendarmería de Chile from May 2004 to September 2007. Pablo holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Chile, earned between 1991 and 1997.
