Stalin Ricardo Merino Romero

Stalin Ricardo Merino Romero is an experienced professional in environmental analysis and education, currently serving as an Environmental Regulation and Control Analyst at the Ministerio del Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica since October 2019. In this role, Stalin is responsible for the review and supervision of various environmental obligations related to project compliance. Previous work experience includes positions as a teacher in mathematics, physics, and chemistry at multiple educational institutions, as well as serving as a Technician in the Quality Unit at the Dirección Provincial de Ambiente de Pichincha.
