April Wegesin

April Wegesin, JD, MBA, currently serves as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga and as Contracts Counsel & Legal Operations Manager at Ministry Brands. With experience in legal roles at COFENSE and GEP Worldwide, April has expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and managing contract renewals and amendments. Previous positions include roles as a Podcaster for Life of Law Students and a Law Clerk at Costanzo Law Firm, where substantial legal documents were prepared, and client interactions were facilitated. April holds a BA in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, and an MBA from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
