Dan Downing serves as the Vice President of Merchant Operations at Ministry Brands, a role held since July 2015. In this position, Dan leads payments risk, operations, and support for over 50,000 merchants generating more than $6 billion annually through multiple major processors. Dan's leadership facilitated the successful migration of tens of thousands of merchants, achieving high customer satisfaction with minimal churn. Previously, Dan worked at The CashLINQ Group from 2007 to 2015, focusing on Customer Success and Partner Management, where strong relationships and an understanding of customer goals enabled the development of effective processes and solutions to meet revenue targets. Dan's earlier experience includes various roles at Marketron from 2001 to 2006, including Account Manager for Television, Training Specialist, and Senior Systems Consultant.
