Katie Peters has extensive work experience in the finance field. Katie is currently working as the Senior Director of FP&A, Business Partner at Ministry Brands since March 2023. Previously, they held various roles at ADP, starting as a Financial Analyst in September 2006 and progressing through the positions of Senior Financial Analyst, Project Lead for Financial Analysis, Lead Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Director of Finance, Business Partner. Throughout their career at ADP, Katie provided thought leadership, developed financial strategies, and supported executive decision-making. Katie also played a crucial role in driving digital transformation and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
