Natalie Kerschner is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in user experience research and service design. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher for Te Uru Rākau – New Zealand Forest Service within the Ministry for Primary Industries since March 2024, Kerschner previously held key roles including Senior Service Designer at New Zealand Customs Service, Product Design Team Lead at Tertiary Education Commission, and User Experience Research Director at Bank of New Zealand. With a strong foundation in UX research, Kerschner has successfully led teams and strategic initiatives to enhance customer-focused outcomes across various organizations.
