Mariana Flyder

Mariana Flyder is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager at the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Affairs since February 2018, Mariana previously held the same title at Adkit from June 2012 to November 2017, where the focus was on supporting companies with strategic research for informed decision-making. Prior to that, Mariana worked as Human Resources Manager at Fattal Hotel Chain from 2010 to 2012. Mariana holds a B.A. in Behavioral Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
