Malinda di Leva

Malinda Di Leva currently serves as the National Manager Change Delivery and National Manager Immigration Enabling at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment since April 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Consulting Manager - Applied Design (Acting) and Manager, Business Analysis at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency from July 2021 to March 2022, and various positions at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand from June 2016 to June 2021, such as Enterprise Designer and BA Capability Manager. Malinda also worked at ACC from April 2008 to May 2016 as Manager Business Improvement & Innovation and other leadership roles, and was a Consultant at Sysdoc from 2006 to 2008. Malinda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship in Opera from Victoria University of Wellington, a Master of Management from Massey University, and a Bachelor of Music from Victoria University of Wellington.
