Troy Coyle serves as the CEO of the Heavy Engineering Research Association (HERA), where the focus is on fostering collaboration and innovation in the metals industry. Coyle is also the first female member of the HERA Executive and holds several significant leadership roles, including Co-Chair of the Hanga-Aro-Rau Workforce Development Council and Immediate Past Chair of the Sustainable Steel Council.
