Vaughan Crouch

Vaughan Crouch currently serves as Operations Lead for the Property System Leadership Programme at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, beginning this role in November 2023. With over a decade of experience at the Ministry of Social Development as General Manager of Property and Facilities, Vaughan also has previous experience as a Consultant/Advisor and held significant positions at Inland Revenue NZ, including Director of Strategic Property Projects and Group Manager of Workplace Services. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management from Massey University.
