Adel Alharbi

Adel Alharbi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting and financial management. Currently serving as a Budget Planning Manager at the Ministry of Culture since August 2022, Adel previously held the role of Senior Officer at Elm Company from December 2012 to July 2022 and worked as an Accountant at Samba Financial Group from April 2012 to December 2012. Adel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and a Diploma in Business Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia.
