Farah E. Shamma

Farah E. Shamma is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and HR management, currently serving as the Business Partners Director and Talent Acquisition Director at the Ministry of Culture since June 2019. Prior to this role, Farah held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at the General Culture Authority from June 2018 to June 2019. Farah's career in talent acquisition began at the Ministry of Economy and Planning as the Talent Acquisition Section Head and Senior Recruiter from December 2016 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at Nawah Healthcare from October 2012 to October 2016, including HR Support Team Leader, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Senior HR Specialist. Farah began the professional journey as a Trainee at the Capital Market Authority in early 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from Prince Sultan University and a high school diploma from Dar Al Salam Private School.
