Haya Shaath is a skilled professional with a diverse background in content management, creative strategy, and program management. Currently serving as the Content & Insights Program Manager at the Ministry of Culture, Haya previously held positions such as Senior Creative Strategist and Creative Strategist at MDLBEAST. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Whywander and Program Manager at Chalhoub Group, where responsibilities encompassed leading initiatives at The Greenhouse and Ibtikar within the Chalhoub Innovation Lab. Haya's early career included a position as Senior Account Associate at Endeavor.
