Sarah S. Alqahtani

Sarah S. Alqahtani is an experienced professional in project and portfolio management, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at the Ministry of Culture since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, including Portfolio Lead in the Strategy Division and Project Manager, from January 2021 to March 2022. From January 2014 to December 2020, Sarah worked at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development - KSA as a Project Specialist, focusing on the governance and classification of non-profit organizations, and as an Organizational Development Specialist. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saudi Electronic University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University College of Business Administration.
