Radouane Monhem

Radouane Monhem is an accomplished information systems expert with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the 1st Information Systems Expert - Strategic Technical Advisory for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar since July 2011. With a focus on strategic initiatives and digital transformation, Radouane has led various projects including the implementation of SAP HCM, development of mobile applications for education affairs, and establishment of a comprehensive Public Services Portal. Radouane holds a Master’s in Management from Durham University and an ITIL Expert certification, among other qualifications. Notably, Radouane received the Gold Winner 2020 award for the “Best Digital Service” for Government Schools Registration and Transfer, showcasing a commitment to enhancing educational services through technology.
