Jonathan Saiger currently serves as a Curriculum Development Specialist - Cycle 3 Lead at the Ministry of Education in Dubai, UAE, since January 2018. In this role, Jonathan is instrumental in designing and implementing a comprehensive Physical and Health Education curriculum that is now successfully integrated across all government schools in the UAE. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Lead Trainer overseeing the development and implementation of the Physical and Health Education program in northern Abu Dhabi. Jonathan's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Lecturer at Sunderland College from September 2009 to January 2018, where responsibilities included high-level teaching in Adult Education and managing a successful curriculum. Jonathan also held the position of Lecturer/Personal Tutor, focusing on vocational subject programmes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Sunderland, a PGCE from New College Durham, a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Exercise from Durham University, and an HND in Sports and Exercise from New College Durham.
