Nishit Gupta

Nishit Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electronics and semiconductor sectors. Currently serving as Scientist E and Director (Technology) at the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Nishit has been instrumental in the India Semiconductor Mission since June 2014. Prior to this role, Nishit was a Technical Leader at STMicroelectronics from August 2005 to June 2014, focusing on developing and promoting System Level Methodologies related to TLM, SystemC, and System Verilog, as well as providing solutions for SoC abstraction levels in various communication protocols. Nishit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, awarded in 2005.
