Raghad al Fahad

Raghad Al Fahad has a diverse range of work experience primarily in the field of HR and talent development. Raghad is currently working as the Talent Development Director at the Ministry of Energy since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Talent Development Manager from July 2021 to February 2023. Before joining the Ministry of Energy, Raghad worked at the Saudi Railway Company as a Senior HR Development Specialist from February 2020 to July 2021 and as an HR Development Specialist from April 2019 to February 2020. Raghad also worked at AJA Pharma as a Recruitment & Training Officer in February to March 2018. In addition, Raghad was a Training and Development Officer at the Saudi Railway Company from March 2018 to April 2019 and a Human Resources Coordinator from July 2017 to December 2017.

Raghad Al Fahad holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Practice (CIPD L3) from CIPD Qualifications. Raghad has also completed several additional certifications, including Leading Negotiation, Leading Self, Teams and Organizations, Policymaking and Political Communication, and Strategy and Policies from various institutions such as IMD and Hertie School.
