Mirjam Hoogendam is a legal expert with extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer for Southeast Asia at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs since January 2019. Hoogendam has a strong background in legal affairs, having worked in treaty coordination and EU external relations.
