Rachel Liu

Rachel Liu is an experienced tax professional currently serving as an Associate in the International Tax, Tax Policy division at the Ministry of Finance in Singapore since December 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at KPMG Singapore as a Senior Associate and Tax Associate from July 2020 to December 2022, providing international tax advice and participating in cross-border projects. Earlier in Rachel's career, experience included a Transfer Pricing Internship at EY and a Management Internship at KPMG, where duties involved auditing diversified industries and infrastructure. Rachel Liu holds a Double Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Business with a focus on Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and also studied at Bentley University in early 2019.
