Pratik Karki

Pratik Karki is an experienced legal and diplomatic professional currently serving as a Section Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nepal MOFA since May 2023. Previous roles include Second/First Secretary at the Embassy of Nepal from May 2019 to May 2023 and Section Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from October 2016 to May 2019. Pratik has also worked as a National Legal Consultant for the International Commission of Jurists and has extensive legal practice as an Advocate with Themis Legal Consultants. In addition to legal roles, Pratik has contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty for Public International Law and Business Laws at various institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Comparative Constitutional Law from Central European University and a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from National Law School of India University.
