Kadri Kaer

Kadri Kaer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR expert at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia since November 2017, focusing on employee performance appraisals and career development. Kadri owns OÜ Triibuline, an enterprise founded during academic studies, which has provided substantial insights into finance, law, selling, marketing, and business development. Previous roles include internships and positions in various organizations, such as Danpower Baltic and Instar EBC, with responsibilities in HR consulting, content marketing, and recruitment. Kadri holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development from TalTech and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching from Tallinn University. Education also includes completing finals in Estonian and German from Tallinn German College.
