Kerli Veski

Kerli Veski is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director General of the Legal Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia since December 2015, specializing in public international law, treaty law, and diplomatic law, among other areas. Prior roles include Director of the Consular Section at the Estonian Embassy in Helsinki and Moscow, and various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs focused on international law and personnel development. Kerli Veski holds a Master of Arts in Law from Tallinn University of Technology, a One-Year Graduate Diploma in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the Institute of Law.
