Ahmad abu Awwad

Ahmad Abu Awwad is a seasoned professional in GIS and Remote Sensing, currently serving as Senior GIS & Remote Sensing at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing since January 2023. Previously held the same position at The National Center for Vegetation Development and Combating Desertification, where responsibilities included managing Remote Sensing tasks and overseeing related projects. Ahmad's extensive experience also encompasses a significant tenure at Khatib & Alami as a Senior Data Analyst, where advanced data processing, database development, and cross-functional coordination were key focuses. Other roles include positions with GeoSystems Group and Al Tamyoz, contributing to technical support and surveying efforts. Ahmad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Surveying & Geomatics Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University, completed in 2009.
