Faisal Moqhim Alqahtani

Faisal Moqhim Alqahtani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within the public sector in Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as Portfolio Unit Manager at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Faisal oversees strategic projects aligned with Vision 2030 for the labor sector. Previously, as Program Manager at the Ministry of Finance, Faisal led the Public Financial Control Program, successfully implementing initiatives across multiple government entities, and managed projects in collaboration with the International Monetary Fund. Faisal’s earlier role as Senior Program Analyst at Saudi Aramco involved significant contributions to the King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture, showcasing expertise in financial modeling and operational planning. Faisal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University, and a diploma in Museology from Harvard University.
