Mansour Al-Brraq has held various positions throughout their career. Mansour started at Al Rajhi Bank as a Customer Service Agent, where they provided services for current accounts, credit cards, and financial products. Mansour then worked as a Back Office Operations Officer and later as a Marketing Operations Supervisor, where they implemented customer requests and developed systems to coordinate with relevant departments. Mansour then joined Bank Albilad as a Real Estate Relationship Officer, responsible for agreements with developers, evaluation companies, and product development. Mansour then moved to Elm Company, where they worked as a Help Desk & Call Center Manager, Helpdesk Shift Supervisor, and Senior Manager of the Service Desk. Mansour also briefly held the position of Director of Beneficiary Services at SAMI before joining the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development as the Director of the Beneficiary Services & Digital Care Department. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational performance and achieve organizational goals.
Mansour Al-Brraq has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Anglia Ruskin University, which they completed in 2021. Mansour also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from King AbdulAziz University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, Mansour has a Diploma degree in Computer Networking from Al-Khaleej Thales Training Company- New Horizons center, completed in 2004.
