Mohammed Alshehri

Mohammed Alshehri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the General Manager of Performance and Development at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia since September 2015. Previously, Mohammed held key positions, including Director of Human Resource Development and HR Projects Manager, contributing to the establishment of the Ministry of Labour & Social Development. With a comprehensive background in training and development, Mohammed has successfully led initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and integrating services for diverse societal segments. Prior to this, Mohammed served as an HR Consultant at Dedici Ltd and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Mohammed began a career in customer service and accounting at Arab National Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Khalid University.
