Zakaria Almarshud

Zakaria Almarshud is a seasoned professional in Learning and Talent Management with extensive experience in various government roles. Currently, Zakaria serves as the Director of Learning & Talent Management at the Ministry of Investment since March 2022, and previously held a Human Resources Consultant position for a confidential government entity. Notable achievements include establishing the Saudi Customs Academy while serving as Director of Learning and Development at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, and launching multiple enrichment and training programs during tenures at Mawhiba and the Human Resources Development Fund. Zakaria holds an MBA from Al Yamamah University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
