David Foley

David Foley serves as the Manager of Judicial and Business Services at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand since October 2022. Prior to this role, David held the position of Corporate Services Manager at Alexandra Park from March 2020 to April 2022, where initial engagement for a process mapping project shifted to focus on enabling the organization to meet its commitments during the Covid-19 lockdown by implementing a new corporate services team. From March 2004 to November 2019, David was the General Manager of Business Services at the Employers and Manufacturers Association Northern (EMA), overseeing various member support services, and previously served as EMA Learning Manager, managing revenue and resources for the training divisions. Earlier experience includes working as a Regional Manager for Carich New Zealand, an IT and English language training provider, from April 2002 to October 2003. David holds a Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration from The University of Auckland.
