Eka Purtseladze

Eka Purtseladze currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at the Road Department within the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia since December 2018. Previously, Eka held roles including Head of Human Resources at the Office of Public Defender (Ombudsman) of Georgia from 2017 to 2018 and various positions at the National Agency of Public Registry from 2005 to 2017, culminating as Head of Human Resources Department. In academia, Eka completed a Human Resource Management Master's Program at East European University in 2023 and holds a Master's degree from Tbilisi State University.
