Jiajing Guo has extensive work experience in various Singapore government ministries. In 2010, Jiajing started working as an Economist in the Economics Division of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. In 2012, Jiajing transitioned to the Ministry of Manpower, where they served as a Senior Economist in Manpower Planning & Policy until 2014. Jiajing then joined the Prime Minister's Office, Strategy Group in 2015, first as a Senior Economist in the Economic Team until 2017, and then as a Senior Assistant Director in Population Planning & Research until 2020. From 2020 onwards, Jiajing has been working at the Ministry of Social and Family Development as a Deputy Director & Senior Lead Economist in the Research and Analytics Division of the SIR Directorate.
Jiajing Guo completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, both from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, Jiajing Guo passed the CFA Level One certification from the CFA Institute. Jiajing also attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 2002 to 2003, studying the Humanities Programme, and previously studied at Raffles Institution.
