Shiva Prakash

Shiva Prakash is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in contingency planning and emergency preparedness. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the Ministry of Social and Family Development in Singapore, Shiva previously held various roles within the Republic of Singapore Navy from June 2019 to August 2023, including Operations Planning Staff Officer and Base Duty Officer, where responsibilities included orchestrating security operations and ensuring base safety. Additional experience includes working as a Duty Officer at the Singapore Maritime Crisis Centre, assessing maritime security threats, and coordinating multi-agency responses.
