Hashim S. Attar

Hashim S. Attar is an experienced professional in the field of construction and event management, currently serving in Event Management at the Ministry of Sport since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hashim held various positions at Emaar, The Economic City from August 2019 to December 2022, including Manager, City Development and Construction, Assistant Manager, and Associate Project Manager. Hashim's career also includes a stint as a Site Engineer at Nesma Holding and Al Ra'idah Allied between May 2019 and August 2018. Academically, Hashim earned a Master of Engineering in Construction Project Management from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's University, in addition to a foundational education at the University of Washington and King's Academy.
