Sian Wee Tan

Sian Wee Tan, Ph.D., holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Currently, Sian Wee Tan serves as a Member of the Pro-Enterprise Panel at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore and holds the position of Lead Mentor at German Accelerator. As Chief Executive Officer and Director at Flex by Finaxar, Sian Wee Tan also acts as an Operating Advisor at Monk's Hill Ventures and is a Member of the SME Committee for Technology, Innovation and Productivity at the Singapore Business Federation.
