Rayan Alsagier ريان الصغيّر

Rayan Alsagier has a wealth of experience in IT project management and business development, having worked in various roles in both governmental and private sector organizations. Currently, Rayan is the Director of the Portfolio Planning & IT Project Management Department at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics. Prior to this role, Rayan served as Head of IT PMO at The Saudi Investment Bank and also worked as a consultant in project management and business development. With a background in Computer Science and certifications in project management and finance, Rayan has a solid foundation for driving IT and digital transformation projects.
