Job description

We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our team and lead the charge for our emerging Real-Time SPC solution. The role ensures that the product meets customer expectations for data collection and process monitoring. Candidates should have industry experience in measuring, monitoring, and controlling production processes and domain expertise in statistical process control (SPC). 

  

  • Drive customer satisfaction by understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the end user. 
  • Communicate a clear product vision and strategy based on customer feedback, market needs, and competitive landscape that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap that provides data-driven prioritization of new features, improvements, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, quality assurance, engineering, and design) to gather and document requirements.
  • Ensure that the engineering team understands the product vision and requirements. 
  • Support the development and delivery of backlog items.
  • Assist with sales enablement and product promotion.

Education and Experience  

  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Industry experience measuring, monitoring, and controlling manufacturing processes.
  • 8+ Professional experience in product management, product ownership, program/project management, software development, software design, or consulting.
  • Experience in software delivery and the software development lifecycle.
