Nita Panchal

Nita Panchal has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, starting as a Senior Attorney with the State Attorney of Florida in 1998. Nita worked on prosecuting felony cases and conducted depositions and investigations to develop effective trial strategies. In 2003, they joined the Chicago Transit Authority as a Senior Attorney, where they were responsible for all phases of discovery, conducting investigations, and preparing trial strategies for property damage and subrogation claims. Nita also spearheaded anti-graffiti initiatives and handled cases involving traffic violations.

In 2007, Nita joined ARCCA Inc as a Regional Territory Manager, where they developed strategic account relationships and cross-selling opportunities for a forensic engineering and visual communication consulting firm. Nita formulated strategic business and marketing plans and focused on business development and growth initiatives.

Starting in 2009, Nita worked at LexisNexis, first as a Solutions Consultant and then as the National Corporate Legal Client Manager. In these roles, they managed the company's relationship with Fortune 500 companies, building relationships with their legal, tax, intellectual property, and compliance departments. Nita developed consultative relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for efficiency through LexisNexis products and presenting CLE classes on tools that saved attorneys time and aided their legal arguments.

From 2016 to 2019, Nita worked as a Regional Sales Consultant at Clarivate Analytics, providing trusted insights and analytics to corporate legal, research and development, and law firm clients worldwide. Their understanding of clients' needs and background as a practicing attorney allowed their to offer tailored solutions.

In 2019, Nita joined Information Builders as a Business Information and Data Analytics Consultant, specializing in analytics and data consulting. Nita remained with the company until February 2021.

Nita then joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Client Manager, Corporate Legal from April 2021 to April 2022, where they worked with corporate legal clients in managing their legal needs.

Currently, Nita is employed at Minitab since April 2022, working as a Global Account Manager.

Nita Panchal completed their BA in International Business from Chatham University in 1994. Nita then pursued a JD/MBA degree in Law/Business from Quinnipiac University School of Law, which they completed in 1997.
