Mohamed Elkafrawey has extensive experience in operations and customer service management in various industries. Currently serving as Customer Operations Assistant Manager at minlo since April 2013, Mohamed oversees authorized service centers and manages market expansion throughout the Republic. Additionally, Mohamed is pursuing digital marketing expertise through a Nanodegree program at Udacity starting in November 2021, focusing on social media and email marketing. Previously, Mohamed held assistant manager roles at Americana Foods and Domina Coral Bay, where responsibilities included customer service operations and cost control. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Tanta University, completed in 2004.
