Mohamed Khairat

Mohamed Khairat has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mohamed is currently working as the Head of Talent Management at Minlo since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as an HR Instructor at Arado Official since September 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Atos, first as a Regional Campus Manager & HR Manager for Egypt, and later as an HR Manager for Egypt. Before that, they were a University Lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2015 to 2020. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of Group HR Manager at Reliance Group in Egypt, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and various HR activities. Mohamed also worked as an HR Consultant at Michael Page in Germany for a short period in 2013. Prior to that, they were an HR Assistant Manager at Samsung Electronics from 2011 to 2013, handling personnel and payroll tasks. Mohamed started their career as an HR Generalist at Palm Hills Developments in 2009 and also had a brief trainee experience at PwC in the same year. Overall, Mohamed Khairat has gained extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, training, and teaching throughout their career.

Mohamed Khairat completed their Bachelor's degree in general management at The German University in Cairo from 2005 to 2009. Mohamed specialized in Human Resources & International Business during this time. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. There is no specified end year for their MBA program. Additionally, in July 2015, Mohamed obtained a certification as a Certified Training Professional from RITI.
