Josiah Loeks is an experienced agriculturist with a robust background in agricultural operations and sales. Currently serving as an Agriculturist at Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative since July 2016, Josiah also has extensive experience as a Farm Hand at Loeks Farms since January 1999, where responsibilities include operations and mechanics. Prior to this, Josiah worked as a Sales Agronomist at CHS from July 2011 to July 2016, focusing on selling seed, chemical, and fertilizer to farmers, treating seed, and conducting grower meetings. Josiah holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Crop and Weed Science and Agribusiness from North Dakota State University, earned between 2007 and 2011.

Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative (MDFC) is located in Wahpeton, a city in the southeast corner of North Dakota, in the heart of the Red River Valley. MDFC has a 1200 acre footprint in Richland County, North Dakota. The Cooperative is owned by approximately 500 sugarbeet Shareholders/Growers who collectively grow 115,000 acres of sugarbeets and is part of the domestic sweetener industry. MDFC employs about 304 year-round, 147 seasonal and 295 harvest employees MDFC Shareholders produce sugarbeets for processing at the Cooperative’s plant in Wahpeton.
