Heather Mickman

Heather Mickman serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Lakeshore Learning Materials since October 2023, and has been a Board Member at Minnestar since June 2019. Prior roles include Chief Information Officer at Gap Inc. (March 2021 - April 2023) and Senior Vice President of Platform Engineering and Practices at UnitedHealth Group (April 2017 - March 2021), where responsibilities included defining a healthcare platform strategy and implementing a multi-cloud adoption strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Transformative Technology Executive at Target, managing IT functions at Mickman Brothers, Inc., and leading system implementations at Accenture. Heather earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Math from Macalester College in 1996.
