Nick Raverty

Nick Raverty is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Steele Recruiting LLC since June 2024. Previously, Nick held the position of Senior Advisor & Director of Board Relations (Chief of Staff) and Assistant to the President at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design from November 2021 onwards. Prior to this, Nick served as Chief of Staff for the City of Superior from May 2020 to November 2021, and held multiple roles at St. Olaf College from December 2017 to May 2020, including Interim Director of the St. Olaf Fund and Assistant Director of the St. Olaf Fund. Nick's career also includes a tenure as Development and Operations Manager at Windom Theater Inc. from July 2011 to December 2017. Academically, Nick earned a Master of Arts in Political Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship and Community Development from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Urban Planning and a Certificate in Nonprofit and Public Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
