Edison Potter

Edison Potter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce administration and customer care. Currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator at Minneapolis Jewish Federation since March 2023, Edison previously held the same title at Northside Achievement Zone from October 2022 to March 2023. Edison's earlier role as a Customer Care Specialist at MedLearn Media, Inc. included responsibilities in customer care and accounting. Prior to this, Edison was a Subject Matter Expert at HCL America, Inc., managing customer processes and an order management team.
