John Outlaw

John Outlaw is an experienced professional in the field of parks and recreation, currently serving as the Interim Director of Community Connections & Violence Prevention at Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. With a background in youth development and community service, John has been with the organization for over three decades in various supervisory roles. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
